FAKE DELIVERY DUDE GUNS DOWN EX-NEIGHBOR GAL!
A MADMAN in Massachusetts
disguised himself as a UPS
driver, police say, and made a
deadly delivery — by pumping
bullets into his former
neighbor!
Clad in the classic brown
shirt and pants of the delivery
company, Robert Bonang, 61,
returned to his old stomping
grounds with a rifle hidden in
a box, authorities say.
They claim Bonang, who has
a reported history of mental
health issues, then rang the
doorbell at the Braintree
home of 59-year-old Laurie
Melchionda and opened fire.
The former school nurse was
shot in the back and head and
was later pronounced dead at
a hospital.
A teen who was babysitting
at a nearby home told
investigators Bonang looked
like a “fake UPS driver,”
according to Norfolk Assistant
District Attorney Greg Connor.
The young witness also said
“shooting from
the box,” the
police report
explains.
Bonang’s sister,
Catherine, told
cops in 2009
he had been
once, and five years later
complained he was showing
signs of “paranoid behavior,”
Bonang pleaded not guilty to
murder and weapons charges
and is being held without bail.
