WHIZ KID CROWNED KING OF CARDS!
HE’S got talent in spades!
An eight-year-old bridge
player in California has earned
the title of Life Master — becoming
the youngest competitor
to reach the lofty position
in the world’s largest organization
dedicated to the super-complicated card game.
Andrew Chen of San Jose was granted the
title by the American Contract Bridge League
three days after his birthday.
The group says it typically takes members
decades to accumulate 500 master points —
but the pint-size ace accomplished the feat in
just two years!
