The ugly clash happened at Kensington Palace, where Meghan and Harry were living along with Kate and William.
The author explains that Meghan’s belief she was queen bee and everyone had to bow down to her was due to her ignorance of royal tradition and protocol, where “people behave toward you” according to your position in line to the throne.
“That means Kate will always be No. 1 because her husband, William, is the oldest brother and next in line to be king behind their father, Charles,” explains the palace insider. “Kate is destined to become queen.
“But Meghan is married to Harry, who basically is a royal decoration like Charles’ brother Andrew.”

“A girl went up to Meghan … and said how beautiful she thought she was,” writes Campbell.
“She said she knew it was Meghan’s birthday and wished her a happy birthday. Meghan looked at her as if she had committed a great faux pas by speaking to her and walked off.”
Later at the wedding breakfast, another gal told Meghan
“she was rooting for them and wished them well,” writes Campbell.
“Meghan’s response? She looked her up and down, turned away without saying a word [and shut] her out for the rest of the wedding breakfast.”
The book says Meghan’s “rude … cold” behavior has cost Harry “most of his friends.”
“Meghan’s a selfish, spoiled witch,” says the insider. “Her demanding disposition has lost Harry everything he holds dear.”
