TRUMP LOSING HIS MARBLES!
Doctors claim politician, 77, suffers from early dementia
DAZED Donald Trump is hiding an explosive secret from America — the former president is in the grips of earlystage dementia and a top doctor warns his mental tailspin appears worse than that of the White House’s current boss, Joe Biden!
In a bombshell world exclusive, sources tell GLOBE the 77-year-old New York Republican politician’s recent repeated memory lapses, unhinged rants, courtroom outbursts and uncontrolled behavior all point to the brain-destroying condition.
“His erratic behavior and forgetfulness are getting harder and harder to ignore,” tattles one D.C. snitch. “It’s gotten to the point where Donald doesn’t look like Donald, or at least the Donald that we know.
“It’s hard, at times, to watch.” Over the last several weeks, the formerly confident Trump has appeared lost and confused, making shocking verbal blunders that have experts questioning his mental fitness. His goofs include:
• Saying Biden was going to lead the U.S. into “World War II,” which ended 78 years ago!
• Addressing supporters in Sioux City, Iowa, as the people of Sioux Falls, S.D.
• Telling a campaign crowd he defeated former President Barack Obama in 2016 when his opponent was actually Hillary Clinton.
• Ordering his campaign supporters not to vote.
• Pounding the table and storming out of court as his former personal lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen testified at his New York civil fraud trial.
• Repeatedly mispronouncing the name of the terrorist group Hamas, once calling it the food “hummus,” and praising the Palestinian killers as “very smart people.”
• Confusing the dictators of Hungary and Turkey, and also his 2016 GOP presidential primary rival Jeb Bush with Jeb’s brother, former President George W. Bush.
Trump’s “lost the zip on his fastball,” says Florida’s Gov. Ron DeSantis, who is opposing the businessman for the Republican presidential nomination. “In 2016, he was freewheeling, out there barnstorming the country. Now, it’s just a different guy. And it’s sad to see.”
Another Beltway insider says Trump’s mental abilities seem to be “getting worse with each passing week.”
“Trump’s repeated errors are engendering some quite loud whispers inside the Beltway,” spills the snitch. “It’s ironic considering he’s spent the better part of seven years now attacking Sleepy Joe Biden’s mental fitness. Now people are asking the same questions about him.”
Florida internist Dr. Gabe Mirkin believes Trump appears to have “early-onset dementia” and his mental problems seem farther along than Biden’s, who also frequently appears lost.
“Trump’s definitely ahead of Biden, in terms of dementia,” says Mirkin. “He’s had it for years and it’s starting to get worse.
“Right now, it’s showing up in his frequent inability to organize thoughts properly, jumping from topic to topic without rhyme or reason or confusing people and places.
“Dementia is progressive, so it’s going to get worse.”
Mirkin also notes while most forms of dementia are not hereditary, some are, and Trump’s father, Fred, developed Alzheimer’s symptoms about eight years before his death at 93.
Another doctor — a specialist in geriatric medicine — believes Trump is showing signs of a dementia that includes “some frontal lobe pathophysiology.”
“The major symptom is poor judgment, impulsivity,” the expert says. “The worst part of the syndrome is unrealistic self-appraisal.”
Alarmed Republican insiders fear Trump’s repeated goofs and mental missteps will rob him of one of his strongest talking points against 81-year-old Biden.
“Part of his main appeal against Biden is his relative mental acuity versus the president,” says a political insider. “He seems to be taking that card out of play with his own mistakes.”
Doctors say the stress of facing four separate criminal indictments and the New York civil fraud trial that could destroy his business empire is likely worsening Trump’s symptoms.
“Studies have linked longterm stress with diminished brain functioning and memory loss,” says Mirkin. “Trump’s, of course, exhibiting both.”
A Adds the insider, “This is hi his worst nightmare. He w watched his father slowly fade off into oblivion and now it seems he’s walking down the same path. It’s t tragic and dangerous — for bo both him and the country.”
