HUMILIATED Steve Harvey’s 16-year marriage is being rocked by rumors the Family Feud host’s former bodyguard Big Boom fathered a love child long ago with the thrice-married funnyman’s current wife, Marjorie, sources squeal.
According to a tipster, the burly security specialist insists he’s the biological dad of 26-year-old model Lori, one of Marjorie’s three kids who Steve adopted and raised as his own after getting hitched to the single mom in 2007 — nearly 17 years after the cigar-chomping comic first locked eyes with his ladylove.
The shocking bombshell dropped shortly after others accused the former stand-up’s sweetie of straying with the family’s personal chef, which the celebrity couple insists is a lie.
“Steve’s battling all these rumors and trying to hold it together for the sake of their kids, but he’s having a difficult time,” spills an insider.
“For years, he’s had to fend off his own cheating allegations, and that was bad enough. Now Marjorie’s name is being dragged through the mud with these lurid stories, and he’s falling apart over it. He wants to protect his beloved, beautiful Marjorie — but this is humiliating!”
Sources dish Big Boom, whose real name is William Freeman, spilled the beans during a phone interview by saying, “I’ve kept this secret for too long. Marjorie and I had an affair years ago, and Lori, she’s my daughter!”
The spy snitches, “Steve and Marjorie’s whole world has been turned upside down, and they’re struggling to save their marriage!”
But the mole adds divorce is not an option for smitten Steve, 66, who credits his 59-year-old spouse with making him a better man!
“Steve is desperate to hold on to Marjorie because he loves her to the moon and back,” explains the insider. “But he also knows if they split, she will walk away with half of his $200 million fortune! She already spends through the roof, though he’s been guilty of that, too, over the years.
“He’s proud of the family they’ve built together, and he doesn’t want to lose that. Still, these stories hound him, and it’s hard to keep his temper in check. He must smile on the game show — but away from the cameras Steve’s patience is wearing thin!”
According to the source, steamed Steve can “no longer make it go away by having a mouthpiece put out the word that it’s all ‘bunk’” — and is in “desperate need” of a “brutally honest” talk with Marjorie!
