Fading ex-con trapped in prison of pain
EVIL O.J. Simpson beat the criminal rap for butchering his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her waiter friend Ron Goldman, but sources reveal the remorseless monster is losing his battle with a more savage and cruel fiend — the Grim Reaper.
The 76-year-old NFL legend is dying — as he secretly fights incurable heart disease — and his last days are filled with agony from arthritis and old football injuries, according to insiders who say the brute’s been forced into seclusion.
“Karma’s coming back to bite him hard, and he looks like he’s in constant pain,” says an insider. “He’s become a recluse who’s scared to go out and face the world because he’s so loathed.”
The paroled felon was spotted looking frail and hunchbacked as he toted a bag of groceries across a parking lot in Las Vegas, where he’s lived since his 2017 release from Nevada’s Lovelock Correctional Center, where he spent nine years for armed robbery in a memorabilia theft.
“O.J. is falling apart in the desert and doubled over like his whole body has caved in. You’d never recognize him, and people are whispering this looks like a guy who’s approaching the end,” spills an insider.

Earlier this year, the former ball carrier for the University of Southern California and the NFL’s Buffalo Bills narrowly cheated death as he underwent emergency surgery th to have a lif life-saving i stent — a device to keep arteries clear of blockage — placed in his heart.
Meanwhile, old football injuries have left Simpson with a permanent limp.
“He’s had a lot of health issues over the years, and they’ve completely hobbled him,” says the insider. “The hellish brand of an ‘accused double murderer’ continues to dog him.”
Simpson was notoriously acquitted of the brutal knife murders of Nicole and Goldman following a lengthy nine-month trial, but was later held accountable for th their i deaths at a civil trial. Then in 2007, he was caught stealing sports memorabilia from a Las Vegas hotel room and put in the can.
“The Juice knows he’s hated, but he’s living in denial. It’s clearly contributing to his rapid decline,” says a source. “When he does pass, no one will be surprised and few will be sorry.”
