SHARON UNMASKS PERV PRODUCER!
Charges Robert Evans pressured her to bed co-star Billy Baldwin
SCREEN goddess Sharon Stone has finally named names in her casting couch outrage — revealing hotshot producer Robert Evans pressured her to sleep with actor Billy Baldwin, her leading man in the thriller Sliver.
The 66-year-old beauty had mentioned the incident — without revealing identities — in her 2021 memoir, but now is spilling the beans on who was who.
After rocketing to stardom with the 1992 blockbuster Basic Instinct, co-starring Michael Douglas, producer Evans, who made hits Chinatown and The Cotton Club,
“expected me to bring home another giant smash hit” with
1993’s Sliver, the e stunning blonde says. ays.
Sharon claims she was originally given “casting approval,” but Evans, who died in 2019, took away her authority and picked Alec Baldwin’s brother Billy, now 61, to play her lover.
Later, she says Evans called her into his office and told her the on-screen chemistry between her and Billy stunk.
“He’s running around his office in sunglasses explaining to me that he slept with Ava Gardner and I should s sleep with Billy Ba Baldwin, because if I slept with Billy Baldwin, Billy Baldwin’s performance would get better,” she recalls.
“And we needed Billy to get better in the movie because that was the problem.
“And if I could sleep with Billy then we’d have chemistry on-screen, and if I would just have sex with him then that would save the movie, and the real problem was me because I was so uptight, and so not like a real actress who could just f*ck him and get things back on track.
“The real problem was I was such a tight ass.”
While Sliver, which cost $40 million to make, did well, pulling in $248 million, the box office take was below the whopping $353 million earned by Basic Instinct.
Meanwhile, Sharon notes, “I didn’t have to f*ck Michael Douglas” for their sex scenes to work.
“Michael could come to work and know how to hit those marks, and do that line, and rehearse and show up,” she adds.
