Doc warns new bigger breasts will sag down to her belly button
TRANSFORMERS sexpot Megan Fox is plunging ahead with even more cosmetic surgery including yet another boob job, while pals warn she’s already gone too far and needs to stop before disaster strikes!
The 37-year-old Expend4bles star — who admits suffering from body dysmorphia, or extreme anxiety over perceived body defects — just confessed to a third boob job and reveals she wanted to go even BIGGER.
Right now her breasts are “a 32D, which is not that big,” insists the mom of three. “They just look big ’cause my body’s tiny … but I would have had [the plastic surgeon] go bigger.”
Megan, who just called off her engagement to stringbean rapper Machine Gun Kelly, 33, has also copped to a nose job and wants a facelift, too.
“She’s been destroying her natural features for over a decade now and is well and truly addicted,” tattles a tipster. “But at some point, she’s got to wake up to the risks.
“It’s pretty obvious at this point that she’ll never be happy and it’s just a matter of time until she does serious damage, especially if the boobs implode or catch an infection.”
The source also squeals Machine Gun egged on her surgery obsession by encouraging her “to embrace the danger level and push herself to extremes.”
Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Robert H. Cohen, who has not treated Megan, warns putting big implants on someone with a “small frame like her can start to cause back pain that can get severe.
“If the implants are too large, it’s also going to stretch out the skin as she gets older, and could end up stretched all the way down to the belly button.”
SONGBIRD Taylor Swift has fallen hard for football hunk Travis Kelce’s rugged charms, but insiders say some of his crude jock ways are starting to wear thin, especially his potty mouth and hygiene.

“He eats so much protein because of his training so he’s got a lot of bad gas, and he doesn’t think twice about letting one go when he needs to, no matter who’s in the room,” dishes the insider.
“He finds it funny but Taylor’s disgusted. She’s telling him to get manners and demanding he starts seeing an etiquette coach.”
Despite her disgust at his crudities, Tay-Tay “loves him, but she really wants him to get it together,” notes the source.
“She gets invited to a lot of A-list dinner parties and if he wants to come along, he’s going to have to learn better table manners and find a way to stop cursing.”
Meanwhile, engagement buzz continues to swirl around the couple, who have been dating since September. She was a fixture at his games, cheering him on from the VIP suite, and celebrated his team’s Super Bowl win in February.
And he’s visited her during her Eras Tour in Australia and then Singapore, and he plans to pop over when she heads to Europe in May.
