AN INSTACART home shopper driver delivered horror and heartbreak to former Law & Order star Angie Harmon when he shot and killed her family pooch!
Now the 51-year-old beauty is telling the world — via social media — the tragedy has left her and daughters Finley, 20, Avery, 18, and Emery, 15, “completely traumatized.”
According to Harmon, the delivery dude fatally gunned down her pet Oliver after dropping off groceries at her Charlotte, N.C., home on Easter weekend.
Blasting the killing as “inexcusable and despicable,” the actress, who played prosecutor Abbie Carmichael on the TV legal drama, claims “he got out of his car, delivered the food and THEN shot our dog.”

insists the driver, whose name is being withheld by police, was using a woman driver’s profile for identification and knew he wouldn’t be filmed because “our Ring camera was charging in the house, which he saw and then knew he wasn’t being recorded.
“He shot our dog with my daughters and myself at home” and afterward, she claims he admitted the foul deed, telling her: “Yeah, I shot your dog. Yeah I did.”
Later, when questioned by cops, he claimed he killed the pooch “in self-defense,” says Harmon, but adds: “He did not have a scratch or bite on him nor were his pants torn.”
A spokesperson for the delivery company says: “We were deeply saddened and disturbed to hear about this incident. We have no tolerance for violence of any kind, and the shopper account was immediately suspended.”
Meanwhile, Harmon writes: “We are completely traumatized and beyond devastated at the loss of our beloved boy and family member. RIP OLLIE.”
