BIG FIGHT TO SEE JACKSON’S PENIS!
Molest accusers demand access to police dossier
MICHAEL JACKSON’s company, MJJ Productions, is fighting to keep accusers Wade Robson and James Safechuck from obtaining the accused pedophile’s sex files — claiming the two just want pix of Jacko’s junk!
But attorney John Carpenter, who’s repping the whistleblowers, says the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara police departments “gave Michael Jackson and their legal team including Thomas Mesereau all of the incriminating evidence showing he was sexually abusing children and that his corporations knew about it.” Wade, 41, and James, 46, claim the Bad singer molested them when they were minors. Although Jackson paid
$20 million to 13-year-old Jordan Chandler after a 1993 molestation scandal, he beat criminal charges in 2005 for abusing another 13-year-old, Gavin Arvizo, at his ranch. He insisted he never abused Chandler — and his lawyers Mesereau and Jennifer Kelly say the demand for the photos is “an attempt to taint the jury pool.” In their suit against
MJJ, James and Wade say Jackson’s staffers turned a blind eye to the abuse.
To bolster their case, they want the case records from the 1993 investigation into child molestation charges.
But the company argues the files, which may contain photos of MJ’s naked body, are not pertinent and Jackson has a right to privacy, even after his death.
