CAPE HAZE, FL – Palm Is­land Re­sort has un­veiled 10 new so­lar pow­ered golf carts that are now avail­able to guests who want to travel in style while demon­strat­ing their com­mit­ment to en­ergy con­ser­va­tion.

Each so­lar pow­ered golf cart com­fort­ably seats 4-5 peo­ple and fea­tures Pow­erFilm so­lar pan­els that in are easy to in­stall and avail­able in 3V or 48V to match each cart’s volt­age. & Gen­eral Man­ager Rick Brunette. “As of to­day, we now have a to­tal of 16 golf carts in an ex­panded test with 10 of the carts avail­able for ren­tal to our guests and prop­erty own­ers.”

Palm Is­land Re­sort plans to fur­ther ex­pand the so­lar golf cart fleet to in­clude con­ver­sion of 80 ren­tal golf carts within its fleet.
