Byron and Dexter Peart of Want Les Essentiels are very good at diagnosing what people need and then supplying it. They did it with their chic must-have backpack, the Kastrup, and now they’re doing it again with Want Apothecary, a mixed retail concept located within the Nomad Hotel.
