Residential real estate buyers come to the process with any number of priorities. For some, choosing a home based on location and convenience is of the utmost importance. Certain amenities or amount of square footage may be of great concern. The style of home and its condition are always considerations.
Still for other buyers searching for a home in Greenwich, privacy and security are paramount — at the very top of their “Must Have” lists.
For those buyers, Greenwich offers a number of private associations from which to choose, all of which have some “built-in security benefits.”
