Patty McManus named 2018 Realtor of the Year by the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors
William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced that Danbury agent Patty McManus has been named the 2018 Realtor of the Year by the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors for her commitment to service as a member of the Northern Fairfield County board.
McManus was bestowed the honor by the board after going above and beyond their criteria for volunteerism and public service.
In the past, McManus has shown exemplary community service through charitable efforts including the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors Food Drive, Relay for Life and the Connecticut Food Drive.
She currently coordinates the Northern Fairfield County brokerage’s tree donations for the Festival of Trees at Ann’s Place, a nonprofit organization that provides free counseling and wellness programs to cancer patients and their families.
“Patty deserves every bit of this honor,” said Adele Unger, manager of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Northern Fairfield County brokerage. “Patty is an amazing person and her steadfast commitment and undeniable passion for the business are evident in her everyday service to clients and her contributions to the community. She always jumps in to help in our office and is known by her peers as an honest, hardworking professional who balances community service and her leadership role with professionalism. We are all very proud of Patty for this great accomplishment.”
McManus has been with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty since 2005 and has worked in the real estate industry for 15 years. Prior to entering real estate, McManus spent more than 20 years in the legal and legal services industries.
“It really is an amazing honor to be recognized as Realtor of the Year by the Northern Fairfield County board,” McManus said. “This award would not be possible without my valuable clients and our dedicated team in our Northern Fairfield County office.”
