Guiding clients through process for over 20 years

Rick Loh’s clients appreciate his perspective on Greenwich. He has lived in Old Greenwich since he was 3 years old. He would go on to marry his wife, herself a Greenwich native, and they raised three children here.

“For 17 years, before my career change to real estate, I worked in sales and marketing for a pleasure boat manufacturing company based in Singapore – Grand Banks Yachts,” Loh recalled. “While the product may be different, the principles in helping a client find the right product to meet their needs are very similar.”

He became a Realtor in 1997, and has built his business working with clients across Greenwich and Stamford. He’s affiliated with the Riverside office of Houlihan Lawrence.

Loh works with buyers and sellers across the region’s diverse neighborhoods, associations and hamlets. He also has experience working with builders and developers, marketing new single-family homes and condominiums.

Loh has keen insight into the demands of families with children who will enroll in Greenwich’s renowned public and private schools. Loh and his children attended Greenwich Public Schools, and he understands the lifestyle considerations for families who may also be navigating education – these days, with in-person and athome learning – and sports and recreational obligations.

“I now have more than 20 years of experience helping guide people through the real estate process,” he said. “Having been involved in a variety of transactions … added knowledge I can share with both buyers and sellers. I’ve also helped builders, condo developers, tenants and landlords over the years.”
