Spencer Misenti, Xavier: The goalkeeper was named the SCC-A tournament’s Most Outstanding Player, recording four saves in a 2-1 win over Cheshire in the championship game.
Ryan Ruddy, Newtown: Ruddy dished out three assists in the SWC-North championship game as Newtown completed an unbeaten season with a 4-1 win over New Milford.
James Radman, Ludlowe: The junior striker scored the only goal of the game as the Falcons beat Fairfield Prep 1-0 in the FCIAC-East Championship game.
Aldo Barragan, West Haven: The senior was named the Most Outstanding Player of the SCC-C Tournament, giving West Haven a 1-0 lead with his 24th goal of the season as the Westies beat Foran 2-1 in the final.
Cole Merriam, Haddam-Killingworth: The freshman scored the lone goal as H-K beat East Hampton 1-0, winning the Shoreline Championship one season after winning just two games.
Scott Testori, Hand: In his final game for the Tigers, Testori scored twice as part of a 3-1 win over rival Guilford for the SCC-B Championship.
Caden Gallagher, Farmington: Gallagher scored the game-winning goal as Farmington defeated Plainville 1-0 in the CCC finals. Gallagher had the assist on the winning goal in the team’s 2-1 semifinal win over Bristol Eastern.
Aidan Stimac, Ellington: Stimac scored the winning goal for the Knights in a 1-0 win over Somers in the North Central Connecticut Conference East top-4 tournament championship game.
Jackson Miner, Canton: The senior scored two goals against Windsor Locks in a
5-2 season-ending victory. Miner broke the school’s career record for most goals, scoring 67 goals in his time at the school.
Justin Landon, East Hampton: Landon scored in the first overtime period to help the fourth-seeded Bellringers upend topseeded Old Saybrook 2-1 in the Shoreline Conference tournament semifinals.
Michael Zelanzy, Avon: Zelanzy scored twice as Avon beat New Britain 5-2 to win Pool B in the CCC Region-B postseason tournament.
