Coldwell Banker Realtor is Hall of Famer
Sally Parris is fully dedicated to her profession as a Greenwich Realtor and as a sales associate with the Old Greenwich office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Parris describes her professional approach as “serious and dedicated.” It matters not to her whether the client is searching for a first home, a luxury property or a home that appeals to a downsizer – and no matter the transactional value – she vows her full attention, astute market knowledge base and negotiation talent.
In 2015, Parris was named to the Greenwich Realtor Hall of Fame. She is a past recipient of the Board of Realtors Hall of Fame award, and she is currently an International Sterling Society member – a distinction among her Coldwell Banker colleagues.
As a certified Relocation Specialist, Parris is specially trained to help clients relocate across long distances or as part of a corporate relocation. She’s spent more than 34 years negotiating the purchase or sale of single-family homes, parcels of land, condominiums and co-ops. She also has property management experience.
Parris previously held officer positions with the Greenwich Board of Realtors, including director, treasurer and vice president.
She is frequently involved with community organizations. She served two terms as the president of The Rotary Club of Greenwich. She’s also served on many community Boards, including the United Way, Greenwich YMCA, Literacy Volunteers, Community Answers and Silo Hill Condominium Association. She co-chaired the United Way Septemberfest for 25 years, and co-chaired both the 350th and 375th years celebrations for the Town of Greenwich. She’s a member of both Greenwich Connections and the Greenwich Association of Professional Women.
Parris spent her formative years in Chicago and Michigan, but she’s been a Greenwich resident for more than 50 years and a Realtor for more than 35 years.
