Realtor helps clients realize a property’s true potential
Jill A. Miller’s clients know her to be a consummate real estate professional – personable, communicative, knowledgeable, and ambitious. She’s earned a loyal following of past clients, who return to her for all their real estate concerns, and she receives a steady source of referrals from former clients and colleagues.
Miller is a Realtor with the Greenwich brokerage of Houlihan Lawrence; she works with buyers and sellers across Greenwich and in other nearby Fairfield County communities, including Darien, Rowayton, Westport, and Stamford.
Miller began her professional career in interior design following her studies at Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. For more than 15 years, she managed Greenwich Architects, a position that sharpened her business acumen and design talents.
In her career as a Realtor, she puts her marketing expertise to use, ensuring that their homes grab the attention of likely buyers. Miller’s prior experience in interior design also informs her work as a Realtor today. She’s able to see potential in properties.
“I can really help the client see the potential in a space, especially when we go into vacant homes that haven’t been staged,” Miller explained. “I also share my resources with clients, whether it’s an upholsterer, a contractor, painter, carpet installer—which is particularly helpful if they don’t know the area.”
Having lived in Greenwich for more than 21 years, she’s knowledgeable about the town’s many institutions, amenities and special events. Over the years, Miller has volunteered for a number of organizations, including hospice care at Greenwich Hospital, Nathaniel Witherell, Call-A-Ride, and Greenwich International Film Festival.
“I love living in Greenwich and what this town has to offer, and I think that’s why I love showing potential buyers why they should live here,” Miller said.
