Realtor leverages her professional background in finance and analytics
Julie Lowe is perfectly poised to help her real estate clients buy or sell a home in Greenwich, and to manage all the logistics of the transaction and subsequent move.
Lowe grew up in Santa Barbara, California, and spent some of her life living abroad, in both London and Spain. She studied at the University of Colorado and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Later, she went on to earn an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and worked for the New York Stock Exchange in both New York
City and London. In 2007, she chose a new career path and became a Realtor and works from the Greenwich office of Houlihan Lawrence. Not only does she cater to selling clients, but she relishes working with buyers, as well, especially international relocation clients and first-time homebuyers.
Lowe’s clients know her to be proactive, responsive, and thorough. She vows to guide them through every step of the real estate transaction.
She is also able to deploy her analytical skills to help valuate properties for sellers and adjudicate the worth and potential of properties for buyers.
Lowe maintains memberships in the Greenwich Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is both a member of the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Greater Fairfield County SmartMLS.
Julie’s children currently attend Greenwich Public Schools, including Eastern Middle School and Greenwich High. Her eldest son will start at Greenwich High School this year. Lowe enjoys spending time with her family, golf, skiing and tennis, as well as appreciating all that the town of Greenwich has to offer, especially Greenwich Point.
