Peter DaPuzzo is a native New Yorker. He grew up in the City and spent some time as an adult living in Colorado, where he launched his career in real estate development, working on residential and mixed-use projects. He returned to New York City in the late 1990s, and managed multiple apartment renovations in the West Village.
DaPuzzo moved to Greenwich in 2007, setting his family here. Asked what attracted him to Greenwich, DaPuzzo said, “Its diversity — from the beautiful coastline on the Long Island Sound, to the rolling fields of the backcountry, to the variety of shops and restaurants, to the dept of its cultural and spiritual offerings, and last but not least, its people. We found Greenwich to be a very appealing place to raise our family.”
He invested in and managed a portfolio of commercial properties and custom-built two homes. His own experiences with relocating, renovating and custom builds informs his work as a Realtor to this day. Whether it’s relocating from the city to the suburbs, moving across country, navigating short sales or buying land and building a dream home, DaPuzzo has done it all. Today, he’s affiliated with the Greenwich office of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and is a member of the Jennifer Leahy team.

DaPuzzo served on the Board at Stanwich School and supports a number of charitable organizations, including Horizons at Brunswick, YMCA and Greenwich Hospital. He enjoys golf, coaching his son’s soccer team, watching his daughter’s dance performances, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and travel.
