Margaret Higgins

Brewer – Margaret “Peggy” Houston (Hubbard) Higgins, 85, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and greatgrandmother passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 9, 2022. She was born March 12, 1937, in Greenwich, CT, the daughter of Henry and Mary Hubbard.

Peggy attended and graduated from Greenwich High School and received her associate’s degree from Lasell University

Peggy’s interests were her love for her family, friends, church, sailing, sewing, tennis, and her passion for family photographs.

She married the love of her life Garry Higgins Sr. on June 13, 1959, at Christ Church in Greenwich, CT, and celebrated 62 years together.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Garry T Higgins Sr.; son, Garry T. Higgins Jr., and wife Barbara Higgins, their children; Katie Sproul and husband Charlie Sproul, Jennifer Maul and her wife, Kimberly Maul, Molly DiCentes and her husband Chris DiCentes; son Thomas H. Higgins (Deceased) and his wife Marlene Higgins, and their children, David Higgins, Carolyn Higgins, Lily Higgins; daughter, Amy E. Corsale, her husband, Dennis Corsale, their children; Daniel Corsale, and his wife, Rachel Corsale, Thomas Corsale, and his wife, Catie Cannon, Nina Corsale, great-grandchildren; Kody Doak, Jordan Doak, Charlie Sproul, Garrett Sproul, Jackson DiCentes, Trevor DiCentes, Emma DiCentes, Penelope Corsale.
