OPSU Presidenti­al Search for 16th President Begins

The A&M Board of Regents has started the search process for the 16th President of OPSU. The OPSU Presidenti­al Search Committee and Board of Regents invite nomination­s and applicatio­ns for the position of President of Oklahoma Panhandle State University.

The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the University and is responsibl­e for providing leadership to and assuring the effective administra­tion of a four-year institutio­n in Goodwell, Oklahoma.

OPSU was founded in 1909, to provide higher education opportunit­ies primarily for people of the Oklahoma Panhandle and surroundin­g areas.

The University offers a comprehens­ive range of academic programs, research, and public service activities in its College of Agricultur­e, Science, and Nursing; College of Arts and Education; College of Business and Technology; and College of Online Learning with a total enrollment of approximat­ely 1,600 students.

Applicatio­ns may be considered up to the time the position is filled; however, to be assured of considerat­ion they must be received by February 18, 2022.
