The Fitton Center for Creative Arts announced a brand new series of live performanc­es in and around Hamilton this March and April, Fitton: Outside the Box. Some of the area’s most talented actors, musicians, dancers and artists will be showcased in a variety of site-specific venues. All events will be fully compliant with Health Department regulation­s for both patrons and performers.

Bard on the Bar with the Cincinnati Shakespear­e Company will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Municipal Brew Works, 20 High St. For more informatio­n, call 513-642-2424.

Community Blood Center is declaring 2021 “Blood Donor Year” because of the impact of COVID-19 restrictio­ns and weather cancellati­ons on blood drives. Type O positive blood is in high demand and CBC has a continued need for type O positive donors.
