RAISED IN A BARN

SOULCYCLE CELEBRATES 10 YEARS OF TRENDMAKING FITNESS AND FUN IN BRIDGEHAMPTON WITH A NEW CLOTHING COLLECTION.

Soulcycle celebrates 10 years of fitness and fun in Bridgehampton with a new clothing collection.

In 2007, shortly after Soulcycle opened its very first location, on New York City’s Upper West Side, the boutique cycling studio also materialized in Bridgehampton, sparking a new commitment to health and fitness across the East End. But this wasn’t your typical storefront space. Soulcycle, which now has a fervent following across the country, transformed a century-old Butter Lane potato storehouse—known as the Barn—into a cycling hub that embodies the ease and vibe of the Hamptons, with frame ceilings, beachy décor, and an open-air deck.

“Fitness is now omnipresent in the Hamptons, and Soulcycle really fueled that trend,” says Laurie Cole, an instructor with the company since its 2006 inception. “The Barn has become my special place over this past decade— it holds such glorious memories.” To commemorate 10 years of influence out East, Soulcycle is releasing a limited-edition anniversary collection of apparel that reinterprets the brand’s classic black-and-white designs with language special to the Barn.
