WHO: Owner of Montauk hotel Haven. NOT JUST ABOUT THE FOOD: “Crow’s Nest (4 Old West Lake Dr., Montauk, 631668-2077; crowsnestmtk.com) is a favorite for brunch and dinner, but I really like the selection of vintage pieces at their shop curated by Bob Melet of Melet Mercantile. His store in Montauk is incredible, and I always pop in to check out what’s on offer at Crow’s Nest when I’m there for lunch or dinner.” MUST-HIT SPOT: “Clam Bar (2025 Montauk Hwy., Amagansett, 631-267-6348; clambar hamptons.com) on the Route 27 strip between Amagansett and Montauk is amazing. I make a pit stop there if it’s open on the way into and out of Montauk.” THE BEST SUNSET: “Inlet Seafood (541 East Lake Dr., Montauk, 631-668-4272; inletseafood.com) has been a favorite go-to of mine for years. The views at sunset are just incredible, and the sushi is some of the freshest you will find anywhere.” Haven Montauk is located at 533 West Lake Dr., Montauk, 631-668-7000; havenmontauk.com.
