His store in Montauk is incredible, and I always pop in to check out what’s on offer at Crow’s Nest when I’m there for lunch or dinner.” MUST-HIT SPOT: “Clam Bar (2025 Montauk Hwy., Amagansett, 631-267-6348; clambar hamptons.com) on the Route 27 strip between Amagansett and Montauk is amazing. I make a pit stop there if it’s open on the way into and out of Montauk.” THE BEST SUNSET: “Inlet Seafood (541 East Lake Dr., Montauk, 631-668-4272; inletseafood.com) has been a favorite go-to of mine for years.
