CHEFS & CHAMPAGNE 2017

The James Beard Foundation honored James Beard Foundation Award–winning chef, author, and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson at its 27th annual Chefs & Champagne summer fundraiser at the Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack on July 29. More than 1,100 guests toasted the guest of honor with flowing Champagne Barons de Rothschild, wines and ciders from Wölffer Estate Vineyard, and delicious tastings from more than 35 stellar chefs. Sponsors of the elegant evening included Audi and Ritz-carlton Residences Miami Beach.
