Marquez, Orlando

-

Waddup! it's me Ollie, born and raised in the Heartbeat. If you're reading this, it means I'm off on a trip to heavens sandy beaches (Alohaaa)! I'm taking this one without wifey (Noemi Santana) and my babies, Isis and Ozias Marquez or our family dog, Zeus.

I'm also leaving behind my mother, Leticia Paul, grandfather, Jesus Miranda-Marquez, sister, Kymilene, my brother-in-law, Antoine, and nieces Cherrell and Naejah.

I'll be here relaxing on the heavenly beaches smoking a ….(nevermind, its not legal here), having a drink with my dad, Jesus Orlando Marquez, and both my grandmothers, Mami Gloria and Mami Ana.

I loved spending time with my family, friends that became family, beaches, eating, nature, making babies (that's the Scorpio in me), and making people laugh. If you know me, you know I loved to dress (yeah, I was fly), I was always smiling, had a good vibe, and everyone loves me (I was a funny dude), ask my brother Mandy, he's been there through it all (stories for days). I loved music and singing (thankfully the kids got this from me, sorry Nomi) So my family is sending me off in the only way that would be right, I'm hitting the stage at Carmon Funeral Home/The Lodge Community Chapel, 130 Deerfield Drive, Windsor, CT. 3:30p-7pm. Religious services begin at 4pm followed immediately by my album listening session during the viewing of my memorial. Don't forget to hit that after party at 145 Newfield St, Hartford, CT (and no, I'm not kidding!) This is not goodbye, I'll catch you later on the beach with a beer.

In lieu of flowers, there has been a go fund me page created for the family under “Ollie's Legacy Fund”. https://gofund.me/d817406a To leave on-line condolences please visit www.carmonfuneralhome.com
