Say goodbye to Optima

Kia has announced that its midsized sedan will no longer be known as the Optima. Starting with the 2021 model year,

Kia’s midsize sedan will be the K5. Most versions of the K5 will arrive this summer, but later in the year, Kia will roll out a performance trim line, the GT. It will have a 290-horsepower engine and a dual clutch automatic transmission. Also to arrive later this year will be an optional upgrade from front- to all-wheel drive.
