Ammerman, Mark J.

Mark J. Ammerman, 58, of Bristol, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday (August 7, 2021) after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the loving husband of Tina (Gildert) Ammerman.

Born on August 31, 1962 in Bristol, he was the son of Maryanne Holbrook and the late Donald Ammerman. A lifelong resident of Bristol, Mark owned Supreme Spa Service for over 20 years and was a skilled repairman. Mark loved to go camping with his wife and family, traveling all over the country in their RV. He was highly regarded by all who met him and collected so many friends throughout his life. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his wife Tina, Mark is survived by his children: Amanda Ammerman, Andrew Ammerman, Ryan Ammerman, Melissa Hammick, and Samantha Hammick; his grandchildren Camron Lewis and Hazel Canter; his mother Maryanne Holbrook; his sister Lisa Dellavolpe and her husband Joseph; his brothers: Shannon Perriello and his wife Tara, Scott Ammerman and his wife Jackie, and Donald Ammerman; as well as lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Mark is predeceased by his father Donald Ammerman and his grandmother Ida Holbrook.

A celebration of life will be held from 4-7PM on Thursday (August 12, 2021) at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, who has the honor of serving Mark's family.
