Gill, Robert B.

Robert B. Gill (Bobby), 79, of Middletown died August 13. He was born to the late Otto and Norma Gill of Orange, CT. Bobby leaves his wife of 29 years, Deborah Mcbrien Gill and Debbie's children Melissa Termine Batitte of West Roxbury, MA and her daughters Grace and Sarah Battite who were the lights of their Poppi's life and Michael Termine of Mooresville, IN (the late Jennifer Termine) and their five children. He also leaves his beloved constant canine companion Bella. Bobby had special life-long friends, Larry Mc Hugh and Ray Ciareglio Sr and a host of in-laws and friends. Michael Conti always held a special place in his heart. Growing up in Orange, Bobby graduated from Amity Regional High School

where he was on the swim team and excelled at golf, winning several tournaments and awards. His love of

sports gradually went from participant to spectator enjoying the NY Mets, college football and PGA tournaments. Bobby attended the University of Miami and the University of Bridgeport and then operated the family business, Rexcraft Inc, and later was an iron worker and then worked at Worldtek Travel. The family would like to extend their appreciation to Yale Cardiology & Vascular Medicine, Joseph Brennan, MD, Jody Heffernan, APRN, as well as Alan Enriquez, MD and Ann Cosgrove, APRN, whose efforts gave Bobby many additional quality years of life.
