Parzych, Paul Allen
1960 - 2021 - Paul Allen Parzych passed away at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, CA on July 23, after a courageous and
private fight with cancer. Paul was raised in Southington, CT and began his career as a HVAC Specialist after graduation from Wilcox Technical High
School in Meriden. Paul worked for United Technologies for many years and in 2015 accepted the high-profile assignment to install and implement the software that would control the HVAC systems at the new Apple headquarters building in Cupertino, CA. Paul relocated
to Cupertino and in 2019, following the installation and system launch, Apple offered Paul the job of a lifetime as a Controls Engineer, running and maintaining the HVAC systems at The Ring headquarters building.
Paul was most proud of his beautiful family. He was a supportive, kind, and generous man who was always a phone call away. He always knew the right thing to say and was quick to offer a helping hand or a listening ear.
He could fix anything, except a broken heart.
He loved being in nature and living near the ocean and the Santa Cruz Mountains. After a long day of dedicated work, you could find him on his bicycle or working on his motorcycles in the garage. He enjoyed exploring California on his motorcycles, and spending time with friends and those he loved.
Paul is survived by his wife Sandra; they were inseparable for the last 40 years, and his daughters, Meagan and Laura, both of Northern CA. He is also survived by his parents Robert & Jean (Perkins) Parzych of Southington, CT, his brothers Jim (Sharon) and Garry (Ana) of CT, brothers John (Flo) and Robert of VT, and his sister Linda (Robert) of Napa, CA. He is also survived by his loving mother-in-law Ines, sister-in-law Elizabeth, and brother-in-law Luis, who considered Paul part of
their own family. Paul had many friends and made a quiet impact on every one he met.
The family would like to thank Apple Inc. and its wonderful employees who were extraordinarily kind and supportive of Paul during his battle with cancer. At Paul's request, there will be no services but when you see a motorcycle fly by, think of Paul exploring yet another new world.
