Jacqueline Russo Lynch, 92, from Tolland, Conn., cherished mother and grandmother, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021. She was born in Winthrop, Mass., on May 16, 1929, the daughter of the late William Raymond Russo and Vivien Irene (Gill) Russo. Jacquie attended Elmira College, and then transferred to Simmons College. She graduated from Simmons College in 1951 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Her first job was at MIT.

After raising her three girls, she worked in various office positions. But her passion was antiques, so she left the 9-5 office world and courageously began a new career as an antiques dealer. She began by setting up at flea markets and antique shows, and then expanded into several group shops in four New England states. With the advent of ebay, Jacquie gradually moved out of the shops and opened an online store, specializing in antique and vintage jewelry.

In addition to going to auctions, Jacquie enjoyed going to plays at the Bushnell, Hartford Stage, and Theaterworks, as well as events at the Jorgensen. She brought all of her grandchildren to see plays, to give them the experience

and excitement of live theater. Jacquie was a contract bridge player and just loved playing all types of card games. Even at 92, she could still beat her daughters at rummy! Jacquie will be remembered by her friends and family as a loving, kind, fun, generous person with a wonderful sense of humor. She could crack up a room.

She is survived by her daughter Kristen Lynch; daughter Kimberley May and her husband, Dr. David May; daughter Kara Lynch; former son-in-law James Millis; grandchildren Nathaniel May, Christopher May, Daniel Millis, Rachel

Millis, and Patrick Keaton; nephew Robert R. Russo, Jr. and his wife, Meg; niece Jill Wilkinson and her husband, Robert; niece Donna Mcpherson and her husband Gene; niece Dianne Guminak and her husband, John; and cousin

Ralph Pullo, III, and his wife Dorothy. In addition to her parents, Jacqueline was predeceased by her sister Rosalie Russo, and brothers, Anthony Thomas Russo, William Raymond Russo, Jr., and Robert Roy Russo, Sr.

Due to concerns about Covid-19, burial will be private. For online condolences, please visit www.robinsonfuneralhome. com.
