Lisa Marie (Fedorich) Sillitto, 58, of West Hartford, beloved wife of Mark P. Sillitto, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022. Born in Torrington, daughter of the late Edward Fedorich and Lorrie (Gavello) Fedorich of East Hartford, she was raised in Torrington and

Avon. She graduated from Avon High School and earned her BA and MA in Museum Sciences from Central Connecticu­t University. She spent most of her career serving museums starting at the Noah Webster House in West Hartford, employed by Webb Dean Stevens in Wethersfie­ld and then as site Administra­tor at Nathan Hall Homestead in Coventry. She retired from ESPN. Lisa loved reading, learning, teaching, and volunteeri­ng at the CT Historical Society. She particular­ly enjoyed the National History Day Programs she did in area high schools. Besides her husband Mark and her mother Lorrie, she leaves a daughter Alexandra Ribblett and her husband Cary of Rochester, NH; a son Matthew Sillitto of West Hartford; a granddaugh­ter Abigail Ribblett; two brothers Joseph Fedorich and his wife Tracey of Old Saybrook and John Fedorich of CT; and a sister Claudia Stappert and her husband Ron of Palm Harbor, FL. Her family will receive friends for an informal Time of Sharing Stories, Friday, January 28, 2022, from 4:00PM-6:00PM at the Carmon Funeral Home & Family Center, 301 Country Club Road, Avon. Burial will be at the convenienc­e of the family in St Ann Cemetery, Avon. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the CT Historical Society, 1 Elizabeth Street, Hartford, CT 06105.
