FIRST TEAM

Kali Barrett

School: Cardinal Mooney Catholic

Year: Junior

Highlights: Shooting forward/guard averaged 14.8 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.4 steals in helping the Cougars to the Class 3A State Championship game for the fourth straight year. Named Florida Athletic Coaches Association Class 3A Player of the Year.

Ari’yana Kirskey

School: Manatee High Year: Sophomore Highlights: Guard scored 202 points, grabbed 130 rebounds, had 78 steals and dished off 56 assists. Kirksey recorded three doubledoubles and one triple-double. Named the FACA Class 6A Player of the Year.

Mary Portwood

School: Parrish Community

Year: Senior

Highlights: Guard averaged 15.6 points, 8.4 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.9 steals. Named FACA Class 5A Player of the Year and to the North-South All-Star Classic.

Paisley Binswanger

School: Sarasota High Year: Sophomore

Highlights: Averaged 14.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 2.7 steals per game. She led the team in points, assists and steals, was second in blocked shots and third in rebounds.

Susan Lowther

School: Riverview Year: Senior

Highlights: Forward averaged 15.2 points, 10.3 rebounds, 2.9 steals and 1 block per game. Named FACA District 16 Class 7A Player of the Year.

Lana Price

School: Bradenton Christian

Year: Junior

Highlights: Guard averaged 15 points, 8 rebounds and 3 steals per game while shooting 86% from the freethrow line.

Sarah Decker

School: Parrish Community

Year: Senior

Highlights: Center averaged 13.4 points, 14.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocked shots. Named to the North-South All-Star Classic.

Sofi Miller

School: Sarasota Year: Junior

Highlights: Center averaged 13.3 points, 10.6 rebounds, 3.6 blocks, 2.4 assists and 1.5 steals while shooting 83 percent from the free-throw line. Committed to Tennessee Tech.
