The Houston operation of North American Title Co. has added Stacy Brown and Carrie Paul as business consultants.
“We are so excited to have Stacy and Carrie as part of our NAT team,” said Beth Hosker, vice president, West Loop branch manager, North American Title Co. “They have already proven themselves in our industry and we know they will be a valuable asset to our customers — the real estate professionals and lenders here in the Houston area.”
Brown brings more than 20 years of real estate, home warranty and title experience to this position, starting as an agent and then becoming the broker/owner of a real estate firm in Rockport, that was later sold to Coldwell Banker United, Realtors.
She has her Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations and is e-Pro Certified.
Brown also is active in the real estate community, having served as a director of the Texas Association of Realtors and as a Sterling “R” member for its political action committee, TREPAC.
She also served as a director, governmental affairs chair and grievance committee member for the Rockport Area Association of Realtors, and on the 2013 political affairs advisory group for the Brown and Paul join North American Title — Houston Association of Realtors.
Brown’s entrepreneurial career has included ownership and operation of commercial printing companies and an insurance agency.
She also has traveled the world as a flight attendant with Continental Airlines after studying finance and marketing at Texas State University.
Brown will be moving later this month to NAT’s new Galleria office at 1233 West Loop South.
Paul has been an active member of Houston’s real estate community since 2000, both as an agent and as a title industry professional, and has deep roots in the Kingwood and Humble areas.
She is working on opening a new North American Title office in that area.
“Northeast Harris County has experienced and will continue to experience exponential growth,” said Paul. “We are excited to become part of the community and to bring North American Title along with its exceptional level of service to the industry professionals of the Humble/Kingwood area.”
Paul attended Texas A&M University, and was a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines prior to her career in real estate.
