After working in real estate for over a decade, Roya Arfa, a Realtor with Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living, has learned the keys to success for her clients.

“Each transaction is different, and there can be something new to learn with each as forms and contracts change. I thrive to be the best in what I do and I welcome new challenges. I feel that in real estate, you always have to have the tenacity in dealing with the unexpected and I love this excitement of successfully overcoming challenges,” Arfa said.

“Knowledge is every- thing. As a full-time real estate agent, it is important for me to stay upto-date on the market, trends, and technology,” Arfa said.
