Cinco Ranch opens three model homes as part of 25th anniversary
Cinco Ranch is celebrating its 25th anniversary all year, with festivities this week including the grand opening of three new model homes.
Cinco Ranch has also opened new parks and waterways in its newest neighborhoods, and will celebrate the opening of its newest on-site Katy Independent School District school in August.
Now open, Highland Homes’ Plan 262 model is a one-story design with 3,052 square feet. This open four-bedroom home has a study, formal dining room and playroom. The family room and kitchen area overlook the large outdoor living space. Plan 262 includes a three- car garage, with options for a four-car garage, fifth bedroom and sunroom.
Ready to welcome visitors, Village Builders’ five-bedroom Tillman model is designed to impress, with a spiral staircase and two-story ceilings in the foyer and family room.
With 4,297 square feet, the Tillman has a front courtyard, a covered patio, a three-car garage, and an optional fireplace in the master suite’s sitting room.
