Tanglewood is focus area for Guerra
Ces Guerra, a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, has 30-plus years of business experience, where he honed customer service skills, personal development and continuous training, all of which his clients appreciate.
“Throughout my career, I have been exposed to great training courses, and most of all I honed my listening and customer service skills, which is the heart of being a Realtor,” Guerra said.
Guerra is originally from New Orleans, served in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division and graduated from LSU and HBU respectively, with his B.A. and M.B.A. He has been a resident of Houston for 25 years, and has called Tanglewood home for more than 10 years. This is also his main focus area, along with the greater Houston metropolitan area, including The Woodlands, Montrose and many other areas.
“Tangelwood is a great area. It is centrally located, and offers great values, well-maintained homes, is close to downtown and the Galleria, with great amenities, and is about the same distance to both airports,” Guerra said.
Guerra works with firsttime home buyers, experienced buyers, relocating clients and those upsizing or downsizing.
“I am honored to work with a wide variety of people in all price points. Buying a home is an important investment, and one of the largest most people will make. So, it is important to me to listen to what clients are looking for and provide as much recommendation as needed,” Guerra said.
