Houston-born Realtor Loyd knows city’s areas well
After the big real estate boom over the last two years, things have started to stabilize and inventory is rising.
“Now, buyers have many opportunities and options, and with rates staying low, this is a great time to be looking to buy or sell,” said Alex Rosch Loyd, Realtor, Greenwood King Properties.
Loyd was born and raised in Houston, so she knows the city and surrounding areas well, which her clients appreciate.
“Houston has grown so much in the last 10 years, that I have had the great opportunity to work all around the Houston area. However, my main focus area is the Inner Loop, which is West University/Southampton, River Oaks, Heights, Upper Kirby areas as well as the Memorial area,” Loyd said.
Loyd grew up in River Oaks and Afton Oaks. Today, she calls the Memorial area home.
Loyd has been a Realtor for over eight years, and has continued to love every moment of working with clients.
“Real estate is an emotional career. You are working with people who are making one of the largest financial decisions of their lives, and I really enjoy guiding them through the process of buying and selling,” Loyd said.
Prior to real estate, Loyd worked in the fashion industry, on the wholesale side.
“I lived in Los Angeles and managed hundreds of accounts across the U.S. It taught me how to multitask, the importance of organization and communication,” Loyd said.
Loyd has continued to be a Top Producing agent with Greenwood King. Her first year in real estate she was named Rookie of the Year. The last two years, she has been in the Top 25 in the company.
