Towne Lake debuts custom home showcase in Water’s Edge
Towne Lake, Caldwell Communities’ northwest Houston community connected by water, will debut a custom home showcase in its neighborhood of Water’s Edge this July.
Five furnished estates, each crafted by different custom builders, will be unveiled during the showcase event held July 16-24. Water’s Edge is a gated enclave within Towne Lake featuring all custom homes on half-acre waterfront lots. Private docks and boat slips are available for lakefront homes, and a neighborhood marina provides access to the community’s 300-acre lake. Sunset cruises, water skiing and swimming are all part of the lakeside lifestyle found in Water’s Edge.
The 2016 Custom Home Showcase includes five estates by Bavaria Builders, Braziel Building Group, Brickland Homes, Drees Custom Homes and Frontier Custom Builders. Each showcase home boasts decorated interiors with the latest design trends and finishes:
Bavaria Builders will display a 5,023-square-foot stone and stucco home with exposed beam ceilings, wood floors, rolling barn doors and faux-painted accents.
Architectural features abound in the 5,201 square-foot, Mediterranean-style showcase home by Braziel Building Group, with its stucco exterior, iron entry doors and carved wood accents.
Brickland Homes will showcase a 5,850-square-foot country French-style home with double kitchen islands, a courtyard off the dining room and lanai with a fireplace and summer kitchen.
The 5,000-square-foot home by Drees Custom Homes features butler’s pantry with wine area, two-story family room and a four-car garage.
Crafted by Frontier Custom Builders, the 5,813-squarefoot, stone and stucco showcase home features a central courtyard and pool on a half-acre lot, a guest casita and drive-through porte cochere.
