Energy companies have slashed thousands of jobs amid the oil price crash. Here are some of the recent layoffs and the dates they were disclosed. These numbers aren’t total layoffs for the companies unless otherwise indicated.

BP: 4,000 upcoming cuts this year

Schlumberger: 10,000 during the fourth quarter of 2015 Southwestern Energy Co.: 1,100 upcoming

JAN. 25

Halliburton: 4,000 in the fourth quarter of 2015

Weatherford International: 6,000 upcoming

Schlumberger: 8,000 jobs in the first quarter Halliburton: 6,000 in the first quarter

National Oilwell Varco: 6,000 in the first quarter

Chevron Corp.: 8,000 by year-end, an increase from the 7,000 it previously predicted

MAY25

Royal Dutch Shell: 2,200 to bring the its total layoffs to 12,500 by year-end

JULY 20

Halliburton: 5,000 in the second quarter

JULY 21
