Jeremy Fain views Houston’s real estate market favorably
One of the hottest topics around the city is the state of Houston’s real estate market.
“I actually love having this conversation because many assume with the fluctuation of the oil industry and the availability of new inventory that we are in an unfavorable market. I can tell you, and I am living proof, that the reality is the complete opposite,” said Jeremy Fain, a Realtor with Greenwood King Properties.
At the middle point of the year, Fain already has surpassed his entire production level from the previous year.
“People are out and people are buying and selling. Correct, not every home is flying off the shelf like a couple of years ago. However, if a home is presented well with a realistic price, it is moving very quickly,” Fain said.
Some homes are receiving multiple offers, he said. In the past couple of months, Fain has had three property listings that sold within days with more than one offer.
“I am often asked how I became so successful so quickly. My answer is just being realistic. I put a home on the market for one reason and one reason only: To sell it for the most favorable price,” Fain said.
Fain achieves this success by preparing his sellers on the front end with raw data that is completely relevant to them and what they want to achieve, followed by a very open and honest conversation revolving around the end goal.

Fain said.
This past year, the Houston Association of Realtors recognized Fain as one of the top 20 agents under the age of 40 in the city.
“Houston is such a wonderful city and I am privileged to work with the diverse neighborhoods and clients that it holds. Passionate does not begin to scrape the surface when trying to describe my obsession for real estate.
