There are many opportunities in the real estate market today, and with interest rates continuing to be low, it is a great time to enter the market.

“Don’t let this opportunity pass you up; it is the best time to buy or sell. Usually election years create a cycle of natural uncertainty. However, with the hype of this election year, it could not be a better time to buy real estate,” said Vicki Barazandeh, a broker associate/Realtor with John Daugherty, Realtors.

Barazandeh has lived in Houston for almost 40 years, and knows the city and surrounding areas well.

“I have worked with clients in many areas of Houston and surrounding areas, such as Sugar Land and Katy. However, my home territory is in and around the Loop from Memorial Park to West University and Montrose to Uptown,” Barazandeh said. then when I married my husband, he was involved in designing projects from the East Coast to the West Coast, and a local home builder. Instinctively, I knew real estate was my calling. I now represent a group of home builders including CitiView Homes, Godarzi Custom Homes, Southwest Armo and Park Ridge Developments, as well as buyers and sellers,” Barazandeh said.

Prior to real estate, Barazandeh was a teacher, administrator and business owner. In these positions, she learned to wear many hats, and work with a diverse population.

“I love what I do. It is not just a job to me it is a passion. Working with my clients in this industry is very fulfilling. I can work non-stop without a day off for months at a time. One thing I really enjoy is getting to know my clients,” Barazandeh said.

With all of her experience, talents and knowledge of the market, Barazandeh has earned or won many awards and honors, such as Top Producer for the past 14 years, and she holds an Accredited Buyer Representation designation.
