Builder announces its Quick Move-In event in three cities

-

Toll Brothers has announced its Quick Move-In event, which will run until Aug. 21 in participating Texas communities and offer home buyers incentives on move-in ready homes and homes under construction.

Buyers will have the opportunity to move-in quickly and take advantage of the savings and incentives that this event offers.

The top three cities — Dallas, Houston and Austin — spotlight more than 50 quick-delivery homes, located in 24 locations among Texas. Move-in ready homes and homes under construction are priced from the mid-$500,000s to more than $1,000,000s.

“With the current housing market and the shortage of finished inventory, buying a home during the Quick Move-In event means buyers may avoid higher prices and can get into their dream home sooner,” said David Assid, Houston division president.

During the Quick Move-In event, home buyers can choose from a variety of home styles on homesites in communities that are in some of the most sought-after locations throughout Dallas, Houston and Austin.

Savings and incentives will vary among communities and will comprise a package of savings or incentives created specifically for this event, so buyers should contact their community of interest and speak with a sales representative to learn more.

The model homes and sales centers are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. Home buyers can contact their sales representative to schedule a tour of their future home or call the online sales concierge team at 855-289-8656 and Riann Bertrand or Christy Hislop will assist buyers in finding the right home.
