BLVD Place gains clothing and accessorie­s boutique

• Terin Matlock has opened Luxington Boutique in BLVD Place at San Felipe at Post Oak Boulevard.

Orangetheo­ry Fitness plans to open its ninth location in the Houston area by year’s end. Led by franchise owner Jim Potesta, the 3,440-squarefoot studio will be in the Sawyer Yards building at 2313 Edwards.

Teacake Factory has leased 1,350 square feet at 2855 Dulles Ave. in Missouri City for its second location. Jason Gaines and Hannah Kaplan of NAI Partners represente­d the landlord, SGREPe can Plaza. Lomil Truitt with Elite Real Estate Services represente­d the tenant.

• Maria Pimienta plans to open aV om Fass store selling spices, vinegars and oils at 1950 Hughes Landing Blvd. in The Woodlands this fall. Jason Tangen with Colliers Internatio­nal represente­d the tenant. The German chain has more than 300 stores, including a location in Rice Village.

• Überrito has opened at 700 Baybrook Mall, Suite F162, in the Clear Lake area. It’s the burrito restaurant’s sixth location.
