Churchill Mortgage promoted Candace Jones to director of customer experience strategy and management, where she will focus on ensuring that the borrower experience in the end-to-end mortgage process is educationa­l, enjoyable and beneficial.

With more than 20 years of experience in the lending area, Jones has a comprehens­ive understand­ing of the lending industry and leverages a service-based approach in her new role to lead Churchill’s efforts to develop and maintain long-term relationsh­ips with borrowers.

BHGRE Gary Greene announced that Karen M. Foxworthy is joining the new Tomball office, Meril Allen has joined the Memorial office and Jerry Roy has joined the Lake Houston office.

Foxworthy brings more than 20 years of experience in IT Management within the finance industry, as well as 15-years experience as a retail entreprene­ur.

Allen became a licensed Realtor in Houston back in 1999, and originally worked at BHGRE Gary Greene for two years, where she was named a “Top Producer” as well as “Rookie of the Year”. She then moved to Carmel, California and worked there as a Realtor for the next 15 years.

Prior to beginning his real estate career in Texas, Roy had a successful career in public service back in Kentucky, where he worked with families and individual­s during difficult times in their lives. Following his retirement, Roy then became employed as a sales representa­tive. Upon his relocation to Houston, he decided to utilize his work experience­s to start his own business as a Realtor.
