national scale compared to other large cities. Plus, with so many Fortune 500 companies located in Houston, people are still selecting Houston as their city of choice.

New in West U

Knight has recently listed a new home in West University.

“If you’re out and about in the next week or so, make sure to add 3116 University Blvd. in West U to your list. This fantastic new construction, French-inspired home built by Sterling Homes is a show stopper,” Knight said.

“This home is open every Sunday, 1-5 p.m., and a day of touring is scheduled on Sept. 7, noon to 2 p.m. for brokers and an evening cocktail reception with valet parking from 5-8 p.m. for the public and brokers,” Knight said.

Knight, a native Houstonian, loves what he does and takes pleasure in providing clients with the best possible customer service, resulting in continued repeat business and referrals.

His professionalism and patience have made him a Martha Turner Properties Circle of Excellence winner every year since joining the company and a member of the Martha Turner Properties Hall of Fame.

“My life is centered around my clients and ensuring smooth transactions.

“I love this business and work hard to ensure my clients receive personal attention and meet their goals,” Knight said.
