Towne Lake opens half-acre custom section
Towne Lake is debuting half-acre homesites in its new heavily wooded, custom-home section of the community called Great Oaks. It is a gated neighborhood that features 27 half-acre lots with large oak trees and wooded seclusion.
Great Oaks requires a 4,000-square-foot minimum build, and homeowners can select a custom builder from Towne Lake’s preferred builders or present their own builder for approval. Homeowners have the option to purchase the homesite of their choice today, and hold it for up to two years before starting construction.
“Great Oaks offers the unique ability to get a large, half-acre lot with all the amenities of a master-planned community,” said Jon Harper, custom home sales director at Towne Lake. “You can have Cy-Fair ISD schools, wooded seclusion and lakeside living all in one.”
Great Oaks is within Towne Lake, a master-planned community “connected by water,” in the Cypress area of Houston.
Built by Caldwell Communities, the 2,400-acre community offers lakeside living. Great Oaks residents enjoy access to all of the Towne Lake amenities, including the 300-acre lake designed for recreational boating, fishing and waterskiing.
Homes in Towne Lake range from the $200,000s to the $1,000,000-plus by Houston’s premier builders.
