Listening is important part of Sharon Seline Wright’s success
Sharon Seline Wright, Realtor/Principal with SSW Fine Properties, under the Keller Williams umbrella, has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years.
One of the many reasons she is regarded as one of Houston’s top Realtors is due to her love of people and being compassionate — and she listens.
Wright is known for her detailed listening skills that assists in finding the home for her clients within a day or two.
“I have a questionnaire that I send out to all my clients. This questionnaire is fun and allows me to find out the clients’ current and future needs,” Wright said.
For example, a relocating couple recently came to town and were not look-
ing forward to having to see hundreds of homes. However, Wright worked with them on a Friday and they were under contract that night.
“I love seeing the joy in the buyers’ eyes when they get exactly what they want,” Wright said. That joy is not always easy. Although we are in a market that has stabilized, Wright still sees multiple offers.
“I know when a buyer sees the home they want and then the offer is not accepted, it is difficult for them. However, I have found that if I am showing homes that might receive multiple offers then I go over the steps of what can aid us in getting our offer to the top,” Wright said.
Wright has built a team over the years that includes members who handle leases, property management, investors and builders. She has also been able to build a team of vendors who are her go-to people for mortgages, inspections and repairs.
“Having these people beside me are the key to my success,” Wright said.
Passionate about her business and her clients has allowed her incredible repeat and referral business. She works all over the United States with clients.
“I will find the agent in the city that my clients are moving to or moving from and interview them in detail to find the right match for my clients. Everyone wins when all expectations are met,” Wright said.
Wright spends an hour each morning working out and getting her energy up. Then she is ready to hit the road, working for her clients to find that perfect home.
