Pelican Builders goes vertical with The Revere
Pelican Builders is yet again going vertical with The Revere, a new boutique condominium custom-built for convenience and lock-and-leave lifestyle in the River Oaks area.
Developer Robert Bland — who is responsible for nearly half the high-rises in Houston — and Pelican president Derek Darnell remain confident in Houston’s luxury condo market.
The company is now putting its stamp on the Inner Loop skyline with The Revere — one block from the Huntingdon high-rise condominium.
All 33 residences in the nine-story midrise will have River Oaks views and will offer 11-foot ceilings in every unit.
Ranging from 2,677 to 3,867 square feet — and priced between $1.6 and $2.9 million — this boutique property will feature an exercise room, meeting room and cater- ing kitchen, storage, and spacious outdoor balconies. Additional services will include valet, concierge and porter.
In addition to 11-foot ceilings, all of the residences will include hardwood floors, Wood-Mode cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchen appliances, and fireplaces.
“The Revere will be a handsome building that will blend into the River Oaks neighborhood seamlessly,” said Bland. “Just like a classic Park Avenue building, it will look like it’s been there forever.”
The Kirksey-designed project will appeal to River Oaks residents looking to downsize and streamline their lifestyle without having to leave the neighborhood where they raised their children.
Kirksey — which also designed The Wilshire, is custom-tailoring the project to the target demographic and neighborhood.
